In a single issue, appellant, Leon Bernsen, Jr. ("Bernsen"), contends the trial court erred in granting the motion for summary judgment of appellee, Live Oak Insurance Agency, Inc. ("Live Oak"), because a genuine issue of material fact exists regarding whether he can be held personally liable for the amount due on the account. We reverse and remand.
